Tollman, If Lou Reed ghostwrote songs for Larry David to sing.
Previously known as A Monkey’s Wedding, Brad is expanding beyond his homage to Phil Spector’s classic production style. Brad’s been writing new music that pays respect to the work he has done with his 9-piece group, but also looks forward to the future and to himself as a singer-songwriter.
So where does he go from there? Brad is performing these days only with his best friend—his guitar. His music is dreamy and pretty, like wind chimes heard from a distance. The resemblance to the music of his hero Brian Wilson is apparent; Brad’s songs are sentimental, but not saccharine. Childish, but not juvenile. Libidinous, but not filthy.
As it should be, it’s best to join him and listen to the music for yourself and come to your own conclusions. Make no mistake—you won’t forget having met Tollman.

Tomo Reynolds has performed all over Toronto with different Jazz bands over the last 2 years, but this will be his debut as a soloist. His affection for balladry and Bach-type counter point is apparent, and his gospel-by-way-of-Jacbo Collier performance style quickly melts your heart. He is a humble performer, though he isn’t shy to put his spirit on display. He has also studied singing with choirs since a child, and he often accompanies himself with his voice. His sensitive nature shines through and quickly wins over the audience.
Hearing him play is a joy. You really must hear him do his own thing.
