James Griffith Quartet, Contemporary Jazz

James Griffith is a national-award winning young rising star of Canadian jazz. Winner of the 2024 International Saxophone Symposium Jazz Saxophone Competition, Griffith is an active member of the Toronto music scene and performs with many groups including the Shuffle Demons, Listening Room, Marmalade, the Live Video Game Jazz Orchestra and more. On Friday April 3rd he will present a program of brand new original compositions and jazz standards with an all-star quartet featuring Andrew Marzotto, Julian Anderson-Bowes and Alex Sgrignoli.
