Allison Lee Quartet, Jazz Standards

Allison Lee brings her classmates and friends from The Juilliard School to debut a set of music exploring the relationship and history between Canadian and American contributions to jazz. As a Canadian citizen, it has been her goal to connect the close-knit musical communities in Canada with the friends and collaborators she has worked with in New York, in an effort to build bridges between regional communities that share a love of jazz. This is her debut show at The Emmet Ray, and she is excited to share her musical experiences with new (and old) friends.
