Multi-instrumentalist and composer Dr. Keys (@t1aodrkeys) has been gracing local and international stages for over two decades with a quirky, eclectic style that has earned the appreciation of many musical stalwarts, among them Daniel Greaves from The Watchmen and former bandleader QuiQue Escamilla. Since the dissolution of longtime live act Felix’s Belt (fka Thunderfunk) in 2021, Keys has entered a very fruitful creative period in his career, independently releasing a multitude of recordings, ranging from soul and rock, to country ballads and holiday music. Having earned such respect among his peers to be dubbed “the Les Claypool of keyboards,” Dr. Keys lets the music speak for itself, regardless of the environment in which he is performing. With the launch of the latest group Project Bluebook in late 2025, the pedigree of the musicians with whom Keys is working is of the highest quality, and provides a sound unlike no other.
