Klezmer Series, West End River Boat presented by the Toronto Klezmer Society

The Toronto Klezmer Society is thrilled to announce the return of our third annual EPIC Summer Klezmer Series—an event that celebrates the rich, vibrant tradition of Jewish klezmer music in the heart of Toronto.

Over the course of the summer months, from June-August, we host two performances a month on the first and last Wednesdays from 6:00-8:30pm, with two sets of music from local and out-of-town musicians. If they come from out of town, we cover their travel fare and accommodations.Past performers and presenters at Toronto Klezmer Society events have included Canadian talent such as Oktopus, Eric Stein’s Beyond the Pale, Duo Zoe Aqua and Dan Thurgard, Ariane Morin’s Klezmer Brass, Juno nominee Noam Lemish and Jacob Gorzhaltsan, Jossee Macinnes’s Zemer Tov and many more stellar Klezmer musicians.
