Ékhoz is a Toronto-based jazz quartet that blends elements of jazz, classical, world music, and contemporary styles. The group features percussionist Nikki Huang, drummer/composer Michaël Filion, bassist Matthieu Savard, and guitarist/composer Antó—each bringing their own unique musical background and virtuosity to the mix. Nikki’s passion for storytelling, Michaël’s versatile command of jazz and R&B, Matthieu’s classical and folk influences, and Antó’s fusion of rock, jazz, and world music converge to create a sound that is both innovative and dynamic.
